2 weeks agoToday I tried Chicago Gyros for the 1st time and thoroughly enjoyed a tasty Mediterranean meal with generous portions prepared and served by a most joyful, kind person (whom I presume is the owner). I chose a #8 meal with traditionally prepared moist lamb/beef meat on a Greek salad (with extra salad instead of rice) served with fresh warm pita triangles and a container of tzatziki (which is superb!) and salad dressing on the side. The salad was exceptionally fresh and included generous servings of veggies, Greek olives, feta, and even pepperoncinis! I also ordered a small Greek fries and a piece of baklava -- everything was delicious. Enough food for 2 people or 2 meals... a great value. Don't miss this food truck - it's the best Mediterranean in Monroe!

3 weeks agoI love this place. I (usually) eat healthy. Their meal plates are generous and they let you substitute more salad for the rice. I get chicken souvlaki plate with extra salad which comes with dressing, tzatziki and pita. Healthy meal! At a very reasonable price. Also, they are very fast and friendly. In my opinion, this is one of only two high quality places to eat in Monroe. And it’s fast food! Such a deal!

4 weeks agoOne of the best gyro I've had in years. Perfect amount of sauce, meat, and veg. It was super quick and very fair price! I had to make a review for this place, SO GOOD. Highly recommend.

2 months agoBest Gyros I’ve ever had!! The flavors were perfect!!! ❤️🥰 we had 2 beef and lamb gyros and a large order of Greek fries. The Greek fries were ok. I prefer my Greek fries to have tzatziki sauce on it, but it wasn’t bad. Just not my favorite. We live in Auburn, but my brother Inlaw lives up here. We will be coming here to eat every time we come to his house!!! ❤️❤️❤️

4 months agoThis is by far the best and freshest gyro spot in town. Hands down nost authentic and the flavor is so good every time. Its priced well and they're always nice and friendly. You can tell they cook with love. My kids and I are obsessed ❤️

Edited 4 years agoDiscovered this trailer was here through an Alexa recommendation. We like Gyros and this turns out to be a great addition to our options for quick take away. The portions were huge! The Fries were better than the usual Greek Fries. These have a seasoning in addition to the feta cheese. The owner is super nice and we will definitely be going back. Follow up: since this visit we’ve gone again and my whole department has gone. Everyone has been happy to find another option for quick and great food.
